Many years ago, around the time when 5.25" floppies were replaced by 3.5" floppies, I became fascinated with everything to do with PCs. I began toying with the idea of making my hobby my profession, and in the last year of the old millennium I entered the world of telephone support. It was an exciting time for me, as this was really pioneering work and I had to use all my creativity, passion and sheer guts to create the necessary structures from scratch.

Since then, I have been promoted from advisor to Team Coach to Operations Manager. My project work involves a lot of colleagues with completely different personalities, but they all share the same fascination for everything connected with the internet. The atmosphere among colleagues is excellent, and so it should be. Thousands of users call us every week with their internet problems. They know they can count on us six days a week, from morning to evening.
