Here are a few tips and guidelines for successful job applications.
You can always apply online for any post. Just follow the instructions and send us your CV and a cover letter. Our HR coaches will assess your application and contact you as promptly as possible. If you’re selected, you will be invited for our application process:
- Individual interview: In the first phase, you will meet one of our HR coaches for an interview. This brief meeting is designed to give us some idea of your motivation and your skills.
- Testing: For some projects such as those involving the help desk, you will also be required to take a written technical test.
- Assessment center: For team coaches, IPG has a fully-equipped assessment center with tests, interviews and group exercises.
If you make a good impression, the HR coach will invite you for a second interview with the manager of the project of your choice. If the result of the assessment is positive, we will propose a contract and agree on a starting date.

How should I prepare for my interview?
- If you’re applying for a specific project, before the day of the interview try to obtain some information about the company and its products and services.
- First impressions count: Be on time for your interview or cancel the appointment in good time. Even before you start, you can give a good impression by showing a positive attitude and real motivation for the job!
- Take the time to think about the questions you might be asked. Of course, our HR coaches will not be unduly put off if you’re a bit lost for words - it happens to everybody!
